Steps to integrate your Amazon marketplaces with Orderhive

Orderhive is fully-integrated with Amazon marketplaces that include Amazon.in, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.

The first thing you need to do is register your Amazon account with Amazon Marketplace Web Services (MWS), this will allow your seller account to communicate and integrate with Orderhive.

If you have a (.in) Amazon seller account go to http://developer.amazonservices.in.

If you have a (.ca) Amazon seller account go to http://developer.amazonservices.ca.

If you have a (.com) Amazon seller account go to http://developer.amazonservices.com.

If you have a (.co.uk.) Amazon seller account go to http://developer.amazonservices.co.uk.

To integrate your Amazon marketplaces with Orderhive we would require the Channel name Merchant ID, Marketplace ID and Merchant Token.

Step 1 – To get Merchant ID and Marketplace ID follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Click the Sign up for MWS button.

  • Log into your Amazon seller account.

  • On the MWS registration page, click the button for – I want to give a developer access to my Amazon seller account with MWS.

  • In the Developer’s Name text box, type the name of the third-party developer to whom you’re giving access. This doesn’t need to be the exact name; it is merely for your reference in the future.

  • In the Developer Account Number text box, enter below numbers as MWS developer account identifier.

    For Amazon.com – 5251-3833-1511

    For Amazon.co.uk. – 0390-4433-2593

    For Amazon.ca: 5251-3833-1511

    For Amazon.in: 2758-3494-4882

  • Click the Next button.

  • Accept the Amazon MWS License Agreements and click the Next button.

  • Copy your account identifiers (Merchant ID and Marketplace ID) as your third-party developer needs them in order to programmatically access your Amazon seller account.

Step 2 – To get the Merchant Token follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Login to your seller panel.

  • Go to Settings>Account Info.

  • You will find your merchant token at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 – Head back to the App and paste details

  • Now that you have your the details, head back to Orderhive portal.

  • For the Channel Name, as mentioned earlier use the name of your Amazon store.

  • For the Amazon Merchant ID, use the one created step 1.

  • For the Amazon Marketplace ID, use the one created step 1.

  • For the Merchant token, use the one created in step 2.

Now after you fill the above details and before you integrate your Amazon store with Orderhive, you will be asked as “How would you like to manage your inventory?” “Auto sync” or “Manual sync.”

When Auto sync on

This setting will allow you up-to-date inventory levels. This means any changes made to your inventory in your Orderhive’s account will be auto-updated in all your Amazon stores as well as other channels.

When Manual sync on

This setting will allow you  manually sync inventory for your Orderhive account and Amazon storefronts individually. This means any changes made to your inventory in your Orderhive’s account will not be auto-updated in all your Amazon stores. In such cases any changes done in inventory will only be updated only when you opt to ‘sync’ through the channels dashboard screen.
