We took our time sitting with loyal clients to design and develop a complete back-office automation. Key Dashboard enhancement of Orderhive
1 –Improved infographics and metrics
With a combined effort, the new dashboard was created to make sure that retailers have a clear visibility of all their crucial KPI’s in a glance, whenever they want. We have re-designed the back-office and paid more attention to the dashboard. We’ve improved infographics and added new metrics with unique features, to enhance Orderhive users experience. You can now easily find order status, return rates, top customers, top selling products, high stock products, total orders amount, total cost of goods, number of order, and average order size, all in real-time within the dashboard. This way implementing Orderhive’s intuitive dashboard you can determine effective marketing campaigns to enhance customer’s loyalty for your top customers, promote your top selling products to make more sales and consider keeping discounts for your high stock products.
2 –Useful Add-on’s(Data filter, Add channel, products and customers)
Spending long time figuring out ways to provide simple access to important task from within the landing page of the dashboard was the main motto of our developers. Understanding our clients requirements we learnt that providing a “data filter” button on the landing page will help clients to easily and quickly access information, for any time-period. The newly added data filter button, will allow users to easily search information for a specific period just with a click of the mouse. This way you’ll have an access to required information on-the-go. Those information will include your orders, return rates, top customers, top selling products and high stock products and much more!
Another useful add-on, you can now easily add a new channel, product and customer within your landing page, eliminating the hassle of switching over to different pages to add them. This way our new dashboard offer retailers to perform important back-office tasks from the landing page of Orderhive, saving time and effort.
3-Enhanced Ergonomics
Easy to navigate, and with all your channel account’s data in real-time, this new version will offer users a straightforward and simple access to their back-office. With a mix effort by our developers and loyal clients, this new version was mainly built to aid our clients user experience with no hassle.
4-On-the-go assistance
While creating and designing this version, our developers mainly focused on ways that could help retailers efficiently manage back-office and they have now come up with this version. Every button placement and function will offer clients a user-friendly experience, but there may be times when you are stuck and need some information in order to proceed further. This is where our “Take A Tour” button will help you get those information quickly. This way you get an easy access to important information on-the-go, so that no time is wasted.
