Earlier this month, Orderhive announced the launch of it’s newest dashboard offering retailers a Β clear visibility of all their crucial KPI’s, in a glance. Our developers are constantly working on ways to offer a one-click solution for those time-taking back-end operations.
Spending long hours with clients and discussing their needs, today Orderhive’s developers have introduced a new feature: Add-ons – that will help multi-channel retailers easily add and manage suppliers, purchase and batch orders in one-click without having to switch over pages of the dashboard.
New feature update: Add-ons
This feature update will ease your back-end tasks! Once you enable these add-ons, clicking on “Add-on’s” highlighted in the image below will show-up direct links to manage your purchase and batch order in one single screen.
If you enable purchase order, it will show-up direct links to following:
a –Suppliers list
You can easily add, import, view and manage suppliers list from a single page. You can also export all your suppliers created or synced in Orderhive, on-the-go. Also, you can use the search menu to quickly search any particular supplier by either name, email address or contact number.
b –Purchase order list
Click and create purchase orders while you can also view the number of complete, pending, partially received and full received order from the same page. Also, you can use the Β search menu to quickly search any particular purchase order by either purchase number, purchase order status or received status.
c –Received good
You can start adding stock which is received against your completed purchase orders. Enter either product name, SKU or article number in search menu to proceed. For your complete orders you can easily edit, print and email purchase order receipts, instantly! If you enable batch order, it will show-up direct links to following:
a –Add
Create and manage your existing inventory present in your warehouse. This “Add” button will help you add new batch order for which stock levels need to be updated.
b –Log
This βLogβ button will allow you to export a file which will contain details of all activities performed related to batch orders. You can also use the search menu to view a particular batch order by entering either batch number or status.
