We’re happy to announce the launch of features and integrations that we went live with last week. With the holiday preparations in full swing, we understand the importance of time and the need of making the existing workflows less complicated and flowy. That’s why introducing time-saving features is what our team is currently focused on.

Tagging – Sales orders, Contacts, Products, and Purchase orders

Tags are searchable keywords associated with records (products, purchase orders, sales orders, contacts) that can help you find information easily and enhance search.

You can create tags from account settings page or directly through the detail page. Every tag can be assigned a specific color for easy identification.

Currently, tags are introduced for records like sales orders, products, contacts, purchase orders. Few examples of tags are promotion, loyal, backorder.

Bulk Actions – Inventory

We’ve introduced new bulk actions for managing inventory and also enhanced the existing ones.

Export, Import, and Update Products

You can easily import, export, and update products with just a few steps. On selecting an action, a new popup window will appear mentioning the instructions.

We’ve introduced checkboxes which will make performing bulk actions seamless and less confusing.

Create Bundles

From now, you can create bundles in bulk by uploading an excel sheet in a template provided by us. To upload bundles, go to Bulk Actions menu available on the Inventory page. Click on “Create Bundles” option from the dropdown. A new popup window will appear containing instructions to download the template and upload the sheet.

Export and update custom prices

If you need to update custom price for lots of products, there’s now a quick way to do it: export custom prices, update new prices in the sheet, then import the sheet into Orderhive. On successful export and update, you’ll receive a notification via email and within your Orderhive account.

Void shipment

From now, you can void shipments in Orderhive. By doing this, you can initiate the shipment again and create it with fresh details, if required. There are many reasons to void a shipment, however, the most common ones are reprinting labels or correction of wrong details. You can void a shipment from the order detail page.

Here’s what will happen if you void a shipment:

– The status of the order will update to confirmed and the order will be ready to ship again in Orderhive.
– The order status (shipped) won’t get changed automatically in your channel.
– The items in the voided shipment will only get restocked in your channel if you select another warehouse (apart from default warehouse) to create a new shipment.

Active Channels dropdown

We have added “Active Channels” dropdown on the header.

This dropdown will show a list of all the active channels in your account. The below channel settings can also be managed via this dropdown:

– Sync New Products: Use this to import newly added products in your channel.

– Start and Stop Stock Update: Use this to stop or start stock and price changes from getting synced to your channels.

New Shipping channel – Delhivery

Orderhive is now integrated with Delhivery, India’s largest company providing fulfilment and logistics solutions for non-contact retail. By adding your Delhivery account in Orderhive, you can check rates, create/print labels, and track packages with ease.
