New design changes allow to create orders faster

The developers at Orderhive are constantly working on ways to improve the interface – that includes improved navigation, features and usability.

The new design will offer business owners a new theme with improved features that will help them manage multiple-channel account operations – that includes inventory, order and shipping processes, all within a single system.

Today, I’m going to discuss on how Orderhive’s newly designed order management system will help retailers to create orders faster.

Steps to create sales order in Orderhive:

Step 1 – Log in to your “Orderhive Account” which will direct you to the Orderhive Dashboard.

Step 2 – Click on “Orders tab” that you will find on the left side of your “Orderhive dashboard.”

This will direct you to the landing  page showing a list of all your “Sales Order” – that includes your shipped orders, “not confirmed orders,” “delivered orders” and “partial shipped orders”.

Step 3 – Create a new sales order by clicking on the “Add” button that you will find on the top right corner of the “Sales order” page. This will navigate you to the next landing page.

Step 4 – Your are navigated to a landing page that will ask you to fill your customer and sales order information.

Quickly fill in the required details and click on “Save & Add Products” which you will find it at the bottom of the page. This will navigate you to the next landing page.

Step 5 – You are navigated to the landing page which will show you your order details and allows you to add a product to the sales order. You can find the “+Add Product” button just below your order details in the same page.

Step 6 – Click on “+Add products” which will navigate you with a pop-up page offering a “search option” on the top of the page. This search option makes it easy for your search for a product either via the “product name, SKU or article number.” Also, one of the coolest feature in this page, is it shows the “Top ordered products” and “Recently added products” list that allows you to select the product instantly. You can select products one-by-one or multiple products in-one-go

Select your product and click on “Add Products” which you will find it at the bottom of the pop-up page. This will navigate you to the next landing page.

Step 7 – You are now navigated to the next page which will show you your order details, including the product’s information that you have selected.

Incase you have selected a wrong products, do not press the back button of browser, instead we have introduced a “Delete” button which you will find it on the right side of the page next to your product information. Once deleted easily add the correct product clicking on the “+Add Products” button.

You can also edit the “price,” “quantity,” (discount and VAT percentage – if required) from the same page.

Also, you are allowed to add extra shipping charges, tax amount, gift wrap charges, discount etc. clicking on the “Add Item” which you will find it at the bottom of the page, just above “Save Order” button.

Step 8 – The last step you need to click on “Save Order” which will navigate you to your order confirmation page from where you can confirm and process your orders, seamlessly.

Also view you can view your order once created from the “Orders tab” that you will find on the left side of your “Orderhive dashboard.”

New features that you will experience while creating an order with Orderhive

1 – Order progress indicators

An ultimate usability feature comprises a graphic indicator that will act as a guide on your way throughout the order creation process. Also, once order created you can easily mark and track order fulfillment progress shown by the indicator – that includes “not confirmed,” “confirmed, “partial shipped,” “shipped,” “delivered,” “cancelled.” status. This way you can know which stage your order is in and take measures that can speed up your shipping and delivery process.

2 – Remark note  

This feature allows you to add a note for any order – that can include a greeting, order specific information etc. which enhances the users as well as their customer’s experience.

3 – Top ordered and recently added products

This unique feature will pop up all your recently added and processed orders product details that makes it easy and quick for you to select a product for an order.
