Auto-MCF – Intelligent order allocation scheduler
We are glad to introduce one of most premium feature Auto-MCF for our Orderhive users. If you are using FBA ( Fulfillment by Amazon ) for stocking & shipping, and selling across multiple e-commerce stores & marketplaces, then Auto-MCF will dramatically simplify your life by automatically submitting your multi-channel orders to FBA.
Orderhive adds sophistication to the feature by allowing you to set specific criteria & parameters based on which your incoming orders will be automatically sent to AmazonFBA.
Apply the Auto-MCF logic that helps you best optimize logistic cost and speed up delivery
Orderhive enables you to set Auto-MCF logic which works as a scheduler and runs periodically, capture orders that meet the predefined criteria and automatically send it to Amazon FBA.
You can set Auto-MCF in few simple steps
( a ) Set the automation name
Based on naming conventions, you can set a unique name for the automation rule you want to apply.
For eg., if you want to set rules for Shopify orders, you can set the name as “Shopify order allocation scheduler”.
( b ) Apply Rules
You can apply combinations of factors to dynamically assign orders to FBA.
The Auto-MCF will filter order based on your store name, order status ( confirmed or not confirmed ) and payment status ( paid or unpaid ) and run the scheduler for a particular period.
For eg., if you want to assign only paid Shopify orders to FBA for a specific time period, you can set such rules in the Orderhive back-end.
( c ) Set Parameters for warehouse selection & shipment speed
Set criteria for warehouse selection and optimally fulfill orders based on your global inventory availability. Dynamically select the required shipment option based on the delivery urgency.
( d ) Enable or disable partial shipment option
If you want Amazon to partially ship the order, you can enable the option for partial shipments. You can view the unprocessed item of the order in Orderhive and create shipments for the same.
( e ) Review and set your Auto-MCF scheduler live
Once your Auto-MCF scheduler is live, Orderhive will send orders to AmazonFBA warehouse whenever they fall under the specified rules.
Error LOG
Error log – A quick report on each sync operation
Orderhive error log feature will record all the order, inventory and price sync activities with status, whether the activity is failed or completed along with the date and time stamp.
Status Column
The Status column will show the progress of the operation. Status of each activity is shown below, you can also use a filter option to check the type of sync.
Diagnose sync issue
With Orderhive you can check if the data has been synchronized well or not. If for some reason the synchronization has failed to occur, you can even filter out the reason for synchronization failure.

Tweaks that add more usability to the existing features
Edit Order option for all Channels
Select the order that you wish to edit and tap on the edit button on that order page.
Edit order simply adds a new option inside the order page which allows you to edit or update product and/or pricing of an existing order. You can edit quantities and add additional items to update a customer’s order.
Add note on line item in order
You can add additional note or remark for the product in the note section of the order.
Add extra items to the order invoice
Add additional items in the order invoices like shipment charges, octroi charges and other expenses that you incur while processing the order. You can even the respective taxes that are applied to these transactions.
Receive delivery confirmation through signature
To confirm whether a shipment has been received and signed for, you can use our new Signature option. While creating shipment you can choose signature preference from the available option ( No signature, signature or adult signature ).
This will help your respective carriers to obtain the recipient’s signature and provide you with a printed copy.
Error log tab in the Manage channel page
The Error Log tab in the “Manage channel” page allows you to check data synchronization for an individual channel.
For eg., For your Ecwid store, you wanted to check if all your product, price updates, order status, and inventory updates have been synchronized back to the channel or not?
With “Error Log” tab added to your channel page, you can quickly check the synchronization status for the Ecwid channel.
USPS channel visibility based on Warehouse country (If Warehouse country= USA)
We have enabled the option of USPS ( Shipping option ) for those users who have their warehouse in the USA. So for any users who wanted to ship their parcel through USPS, Orderhive will provide the USPS option by default, provided they have their warehouse in the USA.
