Shopify Integration: Auto-sync is now live

Shopify users can now sync their multiple store’s into Orderhive allowing an easy access to all their data in real-time. Once integrated, any changes made to the product or customer – Orderhive will immediately auto-sync them into your Shopify stores to avoid confusion and maintain accuracy. Also, your Shopify store may be receiving orders from multiple sources. In such scenario, Orderhive will auto-sync and push those orders to the your Shopify store as and when they arrive.

For all existing Shopify users having an Orderhive account: Auto-sync is now live! This means Orderhive will automatically sync orders as they come in and keep inventory levels up-to-date across all your sales channels. No more logging into multiple systems or worrying about missing an order when you are away from the system.

For instance your Shopify store receives an order

In such cases Orderhive will automatically identify and push those orders immediately to your Orderhive’s Shopify account so that you can view all of them within a single system for gaining improved visibility and efficiency in processing those orders.

For instance you add a new product

In such cases Orderhive immediately auto-sync that particular product in your Shopify stores maintaining inventory levels across all your stores. This way you do not need to worry about stock-out or overselling scenarios.

For instance you create new customer

In such cases Orderhive will automatically sync that customer’s data in your Orderhive’s Shopify account which makes it easy to add customers to the orders as and when they come in.

Would I get an alert for new orders that comes in?

Yes, this auto-sync functionality will be a bliss to Shopify users. Orderhive will constantly track your Shopify channels to see if there are new orders to sync. If it finds a new order, it will automatically sync them to your Orderhive’s Shopify account and an email will be sent to the end-user for the same.

Is it just for Shopify store owners?

Yes, the developers at Orderhive are constantly working on ways to reduce the number of clicks for managing multiple online stores. They came up with this functionality as per one of the client’s requirement and realized that this could be a boon to other channel retailers too.
