How does it work when you select auto-connect?
Once your channel account has been added and authorized in your Orderhive account, it will automatically connect your products and you will be able to see your products which includes the SKU, brand, product name, size, color price and status through Channels>Dashboard.
In our previous auto-connect feature, you had to create products once synced but as per our client requirement we have advanced this feature in a way that once you opt for auto-connect channel products, all you products will automatically in Orderhive and once connected subsequent changes to the on hand price and quantity in Orderhive will trigger an update on your channel account.
Channel products once synced will reflect in your Channel dashboard, products catalogs as well as in the inventory section. This way you get proper insights of your best selling products in a glance, in turn increases sales opportunity listing those products at a higher price.
How does it work when you select manual-connect?
This feature will allow you to manually select and connect products one-by-one or by selecting multiple products from your channel to Orderhive.
This feature is generally used when you want to connect a product or specific products from your channel catalog to Orderhive and those products are not listed in your Orderhive account then you can either connect it one-by-one or mass create those products.
Important note: Make sure you connect your products to the listing, because any of the listing not connected to a product, then Orderhive will not be able to manage price and quantity in turn you will have to manually manage those listing through your channel account.
