To let the Orderhive users know that they have already printed a particular order, the Orderhive team has recently introduced a new feature wherein all the orders which are printed, have a small logo next to them.
This logo indicates that that particular order has already been printed. This never obstructs that user to download that specific order again, but simply reminds that the process was already done.
Again, this feature is to only remind the user. If the file had been downloaded, the user would have it somewhere in the local folder or in the notifications bar. It’s necessary to systematically arrange all the orders, date-wise and customer-wise.
To understand this better, have a glance at the GIF below…
You can clearly see, the orders that were never printed, have no ‘printed’ logo next to them. This clearly indicates the user, and thus, simplifies the process.
One small drawback, this feature is only available in the ‘Grid View’ and not in any other view i.e. Kanban or List.
A small feature, but undoubtedly smoothens the process.
