Add New Condition: Shipment ‘is’ Returned to Origin ‘is not’ Returned to Origin
Sellers can create an automation for both types of shipments - that are returned or not returned to their origin. Orderhive has added new operators- ‘is’ and ‘is not’ returned for new shipments that are created.
Order Tag condition: Added ‘is All of’ operator. (When condition applied in two or more tag)
Orderhive makes it simple for sellers to create automation for orders that carry more than two tags. With the help of 'is all of' operator in the Order Tag condition, sellers won't have to create separate automations for each order tag.
Shipment and Billing Postal Code Condition- Added ‘contains’ and ‘contains not’ operators
Orderhive provides two new operators while creating automation for your shipments. When a shipment is created, users have the option to select ‘Contains’ or ‘contains not’ operators in the Shipping Postal Code condition.
Add line item & order barcode variable for a template for Picklist
Orderhive users will now be able to see the barcode for products in a particular picklist. With the new feature, if the sellers have added the order number, then Orderhive will automatically generate the same barcode for each product while downloading the template.
Scheduled Move to Folder for Order and Shipment.
Sellers can now schedule actions for the automation for Moving an order or shipment to a specific folder. Earlier where actions were performed immediately, with Orderhive’s new feature, they can be performed after some time.
Display MCF error message in order detail page
Sellers can now get specific reasons when orders are not pushed through MCF. Orderhive’s new feature, displays errors directly from MCF on the order details page. Sellers can identify pending orders by a visible red shadow around the order.
Added Store Filter for Sales by Product Report
When you have too many stores it can become confusing to view sales of products all in the same place. Orderhive’s new feature eliminates this confusion. Sellers can view their Sales by Product Report in each store separately with the help of the Store Filter.
Any order processing error related to Shipstation and Quickbooks will now be shown on the order detail page
Sellers using Orderhive will now be able to know the specific reasons for any error in shipment processing at Shipstation and invoice processing at Quickbooks. So if your shipments weren’t pushed through Shipstation or if your invoicing is held at Quickbooks, you can find the status of respective orders highlighted in a red shadow with the specific reason; so that allows you to rectify as needed. The error message will be visible for orders in the ‘To Confirm’ and ‘To Ship’ stages, also including ‘Partially Shipped’ orders.
Custom fields created for products can now be used as condition/s to set automation rules
Any custom field assigned to products will get automatically added to the list of automation conditions and thus can also be selected as a condition to set automation rules apart from default product fields. Say for example, you have added ‘model number’ as a custom field to products, and you want certain action to be performed on orders for products with certain model number. As you can simply select the same from the conditions menu, enter relevant value and simply proceed to set actions for the same.
Clone automations to save time in creating similar but newer automation rules
The ‘clone’ feature is now available in automations module of Orderhive. This allows you to simply clone existing automation rules and edit the same to create new rules. This simply saves you time in creating automation rules that are closely similar to existing ones.
Set your Orderhive menu as per the preference simply by swapping module icons.
Orderhive now lets you select the sequence of your main menu. You can simply swap menu icons and set the user interface based on importance or ease of use. The first on the menu will be the default landing page on login.
Automate backend tasks with Orderhive, now at your schedule: Orderhive introduces automation scheduling feature
With the new development in Orderhive, you can not just automate your tasks but also schedule automation action at the time you want. Orderhive users can now add multiple email IDs in the newly introduced CC section on the supplier detail page. CC email IDs can be assigned to both new and existing suppliers. Henceforth, while emailing a PO to a supplier, users won’t be required to type secondary (CC) email IDs anymore, instead, the system will fetch both primary as well as secondary email IDs assigned to the supplier, which can be edited or removed if required.
You can now add or update details to Purchase Orders in bulk
After Orders & Products module, the bulk update feature of Orderhive is now available on Purchase Order module as well. Henceforth, if you want to add or update same details to POs in the fields like expected date, note, payment terms or any custom field, you can do that in one go without individually updating details to each PO.
New filter and new icon makes its easier to sort orders based on invoicing
Orderhive now makes it easier to differentiate orders based on invoicing. You can now filter orders based on two parameters: 1. Invoice Printed 2. Invoice Not Printed. Not just that, all orders with printed invoice will carry an invoice icon on the order card to let you individually identify them from the order list.
You can now add or update product details in bulk
The bulk update feature of Orderhive now can also be used to add or update various default as well as custom fields on products. Hence for products to which you want to assign or update the same details in the fields like price, weight, HSN, brand or any added custom field, you can do that in one go without individually updating details to each.
