I am using orderhive now for about 5 months and must say that software is very advanced and versatile, especially for those who want to hook up a lot of channels but enjoys Shopify too much as their main hub for order flow and product sync. It has solved us two biggest issues we have had - invoices that match our integrated label paper (including combined orders, etc.)and pick-list which allows you to quickly collect and process orders for the day just by pressing one button. It is well worth the money to pay, especially given the ease of the bulk adjustments that can be made on the system. It has also solved our biggest issue with Shopify - lack of multi-currency support where we simply use multiple Shopify accounts with separate pricing strategies for each country. I do recommend it to those who want to have complete cost control and runs regular purchasing as this is also where I import my new stock given the ease of use and speed of raising a new order.
Straight-forward interface and helpful customer service
As a small business, I was looking for a management system which streamlined my business and freed up my time as much as possible. Orderhive has a user-friendly interface which allows me to connect the main selling platforms that I use. The support team have been excellent at answering my queries quickly and working with me to produce invoices which match my branding requirements. I can now send invoices to customers with a few clicks.

Orderhive was by far the cheapest of the online inventory management systems that we found to fit our needs. But it is surprisingly easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. They are available all the working UK day (and Sundays as well) on skype/live chat/call. They happily modify their software/templates to your specific business and normally update their processes for you within a couple of days.

Best Value in Inventory Management
I think I must have tried all of the less than $200/month multichannel inventory managers. Most of them are terrible and overpriced. Orderhive does not support creating listings on each channel, but I after trying all the other systems that do support creating listings, I can easily live without that feature. The other apps that create listings do not create new listings on Amazon and the listings they create on ebay have to be revised. I dont have to match SKUs. Orderhive Imports products from the channels (no spreadsheet required) Quickly updates prices on ebay and Amazon without returning errors.

Powerful platform with plenty of functionality and great support
Orderhive has been incredibly supportive with several of our website launches. They spent time setting up our account and integrations according to specification and the platform has been a reliable solution. Customer service is both helpful and professional. Cost effective, easy to use, good functions and features, friendly and helpful customer service. They listen to their customers and continue to make improvements to their software. We've been Orderhive customer nearly a year now, many functions and features have been added.
