How can I update inventory in Orderhive?
To manually update inventory in Orderhive follow the below mentioned practices:
1- Go to your “Product Page” and hover to the product that you wish to update, then click on the drop down arrow button as highlighted in the image below.
2 – Click on “Edit Product” and update your inventory/available stock and click on “Save.”
What if the same product is synced with a similar SKU’s from another channel in Orderhive, will those get updated too?
Yes, if any change made in your Orderhive account, products with similar SKU’s will get updated in all your connected channels automatically.
What’s more ?
Orderhive also allows auto-sync feature, but live for Shopify users only. So, if you are a Shopify user having an Orderhive account – auto-sync is now live!
If you add a new product, or you edit a product having similar SKU’s in your Shopify store, Orderhive will immediately auto-sync that particular product in all your Shopify stores maintaining inventory levels. This way you do not need to worry about stock-out or overselling scenarios.
Our developers at Orderhive came up with this time-saving feature as per one of the client’s requirement and realized that it could be a boon to other channel retailers too.
